State Government of up & ors" in accordance with law and investigate the same within the stipulated period of time on merits.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 22.07.2017. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of this petition, the respondent has registered the case in F.I.R.No.419 of 2017 and hence, he prays for disposal of the petition.
