This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is stated by the petitioners that a complaint has been lodged by another person and that without registering the complaint, the petitioners are called for enquiry.
