This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to execute the NBW issued against A5. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the police have not received any Non Bailable Warrant from the concerned Court against A5.
3.In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
