Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.9(b) imposed by this Court in CRL.OP(MD).No.644 of 2025 dated 20.01.2025 on the file of this Court.

2. Mr.S.S.Manoj, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-police submits that the conditions imposed by this Court has been complied by the petitioner for a period of 11 days.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition. 2/4

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition No.9(b) in the order dated 20.01.2025 passed in CRL.OP(MD).No.644 of 2025 is hereby modified as "the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and sign before the Inspector of Police, Karuppayurani Police Station, Madurai, daily at 5.30 p.m. until further orders. The other conditions shall stand hold good.
