ORDER
According to the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation dated 23.03.2018 with the aforesaid omnibus prayer. But so far, no order has been passed on the representation of the petitioner, hence, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if the 4th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2018. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that if the said representation is pending, then the same shall be considered.
4.In view of the submission made by the parties concerned, without expressing any opinion, this Court is inclined to direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2018 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to send a copy of this order along with his representation to the 4th respondent. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
