ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioners on the basis of the complaint given by one Idaya Steffi, the second respondent police frequently called the petitioners and harassed them under the guise of enquiry in respect of a matrimonial dispute.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Idaya Steffi, petition enquiry has been conducted and it has been closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the fact that the petition filed against the petitioners has been enquired and closed, there is no scope for further harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
