PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute without any due process of law.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the case has been registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 420 and 506(1) IPC in Crime No.1074 of 2017. The copy of the First Information Report has also been placed before this Court. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek her remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
