2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that already investigation has been completed and the case has been closed as mistake of fact and referred charge sheet has already been served on the petitioner.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
