: Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the proceedings bearing C.No.19/SJHR/TIN Dist/2017, dated 08.03.2018 of the second respondent and quash the same and consequently restrain the respondents from conducting or re-opening the enquiry of the petitioner.

************ [Order of the Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU, J.] The petitioner has challenged the summon issued by the second respondent, dated 08.03.2018 by questioning the jurisdiction of the second respondent for issuing such summon.

2.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the similar question raised was decided against the writ petitioners therein in W.P.(MD)No.9686 of 2018 etc., batch, dated 08.03.2019.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner is not disputing the fact that the issue involved in this case has already been considered and decided in the above said batch of writ petitions by the Division Bench of this Court.

4.In view of the above stated facts and circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed in the line of the order already passed in W.P.(MD)No.9686 of 2018 etc., batch dated 08.03.2019. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
