ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to rectify the mistake in the FMB by incorporating the correct extent of 13 cents instead of 9 cents. The petitioner has also made a representation on 28.09.2024.

2.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2/4

3.Without going into the merits of the entitlement of the petitioner to an extent of 13 cents, it is suffice to issue a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.09.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law and if the petitioner is found to be entitled to 13 cents, then shall favourably consider by rectifying the FMB records. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
