ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent, the learned Government Advocate for the second respondent. Issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner seeks action against her daughter-in-law. I consciously refrain from going into the maintainability of said claim. All that I direct is that the first respondent should take the petitioner's complaint on file and give a disposal on merits and in accordance with law after notice to the third respondent. Final order on merits and in accordance with law shall be passed by the first respondent within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I reiterate that I have not foreclosed the defences of the third respondent.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
