O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give police protection to conduct "Valli Thirumanam" drama on 01.07.2019 in pursuant to the 'Aani Sacrificing festival' of Arulmigu Sree Pudhu Mariamman Thirukoil, situated at Thirumalaiyanpatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Valli Thirumanam Drama on 01.07.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 21.06.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.06.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
