ORDER

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the third respondent.

2.The petitioner claims to be running a Ayurvedic Massage Centre. The petitioner had earlier moved this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. Then, he filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3565 of 2020 before this Court. On both occasions, statement was made on the side of the police that the petitioner is not figuring as an accused in any criminal case.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) clearly states that the petitioner need not have to fear any harassment at the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4364 of 2020 hands of the third respondent. It is made clear that if the third respondent wants to raid the petitioner's premises, the third respondent will get a formal search warrant from the jurisdictional Magistrate. If the third respondent wants to enquire the petitioner, the third respondent will issue summons in writing. If the third respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, the petitioner will be duly notified, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

4.With this direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
