ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey in the petitioner's land in Survey No.77.7, which is situated at Keelavayal Group, Keelavayal Village, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District and consequently, direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2019.
2.Heard Mr.A.Mu.Sharavanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Angappan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.The petitioner has made a representation to the respondents, on 04.06.2019 to identify the boundaries of his land at Survey No.77.7, which is situated at Keelavayal Group, Keelavayal Village, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the said representation is directed to be considered on merits by the second respondent and order is passed, within the time frame, the petitioner would be satisfied.
5.Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, who would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the second respondent on merits, within a time frame.
6.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, with the consent of both parties, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition at the admission stage itself, with the following directions:- "that the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated04.06.2019 and pass orders thereon, on merits in accordance with law and in this regard, if there is any rival claimants, they can also be heard along with the petitioner and accordingly, needful shall be done and final order shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." No costs.
