ORDER

The petitioner seeks a Mandamus, directing the first respondent / the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul to consider and dispose Revision Petition filed under Serial No.494/2018 dated 30.10.2018 in a time bound manner.

2.Mr.B.Bhagavathi, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and confirms, drawing attention to the acknowledgment at page No.9, that the Revision Petition has been received by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul on 30.10.2018. 3.In the light of the aforesaid admitted position, the first respondent is directed to dispose the Revision Petition within a period of six weeks from today, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner by way of personal hearing and in accordance with law.

4.The Writ Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
