ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2018 and accord necessary permission within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Today, the first respondent / Superintendent of Police, Madurai District is present before this Court. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner is still pending with the respondents. Therefore, this Court may pass appropriate orders for considering the representation by permitting the respondents to impose conditions for granting permission to celebrate the birth celebrations of Dr.Ambedkar.

5.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2018 on merits and in accordance with law on or before 13.04.2018.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
