ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the School Committee meeting is proposed to be conducted in the house of the third respondent. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader draws my attention to Rule 26(2) of Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Rules, 2023. It states that the committee meeting should preferably be held in the School premises. No convincing reason has been given as to why the meeting is not held in the School premises. It is stated by the petitioner that he has some reservation in attending the meeting if it is held in the house of the third respondent.

4.I direct the third respondent to convene the School Committee meeting within the School premises itself. This writ petition is allowed on these terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
