The petition has been filed seeking a direction to second respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.2 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order from this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State, who would submit that the respondent police are awaiting for Social Welfare Oficer's report.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
