This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.378 of 2013, dated 20.08.2013 and to file a final report within the time stipulated this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the enquiry was completed and the case was referred as "Mistake of Fact" by drawing final report on 26.09.2013 itself. He also submitted that he has served a copy of R.C.S. Notice to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
