This Petition has been filed to direct 2nd Respondent herein to initiate appropriate Criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 31.01.2022.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the second respondent on 31.01.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.
3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD). No.4622 of 2022 issuing notice to the petitioner and the concerned rival parties and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
