ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Since the petitioners are one and the same in these two cases and the crime involved is in similar nature, these two cases have been taken up together and disposed of by way of common order. 2.The petitioners/A1 and A2 in both petitions were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.09.2017 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC, in Crime Nos.87 and 140 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police seek bail. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have committed theft of motorcycle in both cases. On complaint, case has been registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC., in Crime Nos.87 of 2017 and 140 of 2017 and the petitioners were arrested and remanded to judicial custody from 20.09.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioners are falsely implicated in these cases. Hence, he prays for bail to the petitioners.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that two two-wheelers were recovered from the accused persons and investigation is going on to find out the other crimes in similar nature involved by the petitioners. Hence, he vehemently objected to grant bail to the petitioners.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
