ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.12 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation has already been completed and they are going to file a charge sheet shortly.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent is directed to file a charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
