The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.27 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thuraiyur, Trichy District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that specific allegations not mentioned as against the petitioner in the alleged charge sheet. He further contended that the petitioner has not made any corrections in the mark sheet.

3. It is seen from the records that there are specific allegations as against the petitioner. Further, the points raised by the petitioner cannot be considered by this Court and the same are to be decided by the trial Court during the trial. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dismiss the petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, considering the case of the year, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, Trichy District to dispose of the case in C.C.No.27 of 2014 within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
