ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.63 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondents. 3.Though the petitioner has come forward with this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.63 of 2014 which has been registered under Sections 147 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that final report is likely to be filed shortly for the alleged offence under Section 506(ii) of I.P.C. 4.Considering the above said submission, this Court directs the first respondent to file a final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
