ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that there existed previous enmity between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and that the fourth respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner and the same is pending in CSR.No.95 of 2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent on receipt of summons and on such appearance, the third respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law by 2/4

following the dictum laid down in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
