She is identified by Mr.M.Ganesan, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Palamedu Police Station, Madurai District. The defacto complainant has no objection for quashing the impugned First Information Report. 3.Accordingly, the First Information Report in Crime No.34 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent stands quashed and this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
