ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and to provide police protection to conduct Kabadi Competition on 29.06.2019 and 30.06.2019 at No.66, Mettupatti, Chenthanmangalam Post, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, by the petitioner's Elaingar Narpani Mandram of Chenthanmangalam village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Heard both sides.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Kabadi Tournament on 29.06.2019 and 30.06.2019 at No.66, Mettupatti, Chenthanmangalam Post, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, by the petitioner's Elaingar Narpani Mandram at Chenthanmangalam village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, the petitioner made a representation on 20.06.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
