ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property at Plot No.59 in S.No.136/2.CD and 135/1-AJ situated at Anaiyur Village, I Bit, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District on the basis of the application given by the petitioner dated 24.05.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.Pala.Ramasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.M.Mari Chelliah Prabhu, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner has made a request to the respondent, especially, the third respondent, on 24.05.2019 to identify the boundaries to his land at Survey No.136/2.CD and 135/1-AJ situated at Anaiyur Village, I Bit, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submit that if the said representation is directed to be considered by the second respondent on merits and order is passed within a time frame, the petitioner would be satisfied.

5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the said representation of the petitioner would be considered by the second respondent on merits within a time frame. 6.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following directions:- "that the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.05.2019 and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law and in this regard, if there is any rival claimants, they can also be heard along with the petitioner and accordingly, needful shall be done and final order shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." No costs.
