The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.146 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and the learned Counsel for the second respondent.

3. Today, a compromise memo is filed and signed by both parties as well as the counsel, wherein it has been stated that the second respondent has decided not to proceed any further. This Court also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ perused the complaint.

4. Considering the same, this Court is of the view that this is a fit case to quash the proceedings as no useful purpose would be served by continuing the investigation. Accordingly, the proceedings against the petitioner in Crime No.146 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent is quashed and this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
