ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.38 of 2019, dated 07.02.2019 on the file of the second respondent and file a final report within a stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein is the the defacto complainant. Based upon the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a case in Crime No.38 of 2019, which was registered for the offence under Section 379 of IPC.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that 4 accused has been arrested and released on bail. Based upon the confession statement given by the co-accused, it appears that one Thangapandi is also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

involved in this occurrence. Even though, summon has been issued to him, there is no progress.

4.The respondent police is directed to arrest the above said Thangapandi and complete the investigation within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
