ORDER

The petitioner wants to conduct Aadal Padal Programme on 15.04.2018 in connection with Arulmigu Sri Pon Arasu Katha Amman, Arulmigu Sri Sangili Karuppanna Swamy and Arulmigh Sri Ayyanar Swamy Temples Festival, situated at Malaikovil Village, Thiruverumbur, Trichy District. The said request has been rejected by the second respondent.

2.This Court went through the rejection order. The reason set out in the impugned order is patently unsustainable in law and therefore, the same is quashed. The second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the said event. It is for the second respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with regard to the conduct of the event. This Writ Petition is allowed accordingly.

No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
