ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the first respondent to instruct the third respondent herein not to harass the petitioners on the guise of enquiry in pursuance of the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, C.S.R.No.682 of 20222 came to be registered and that in pursuance of the summons issued, the first petitioner has appeared and also given a letter stating that she was ready to pay the amount.

3. Whatever it is, the third respondent is directed to enquire into the complaint by following the dictum laid down in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in 2/4

(2014) 2 SCC 1 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
