ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 498(A), 406, 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Protection of Women Harassment Act, in C.C.No.5 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti, Madurai District, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to the absence of the petitioners, non bailable warrant was issued against them by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti, Madurai District.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that due to absence of the petitioners for one hearing, non bailable warrant was issued against them and they may be directed to approach the Court for recalling the warrant.

4.Considering the fact that non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioners for their absence, there shall be a direction, directing the petitioner to surrender before the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
