ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.43 of 2014 on the file of the file of the respondent police apprehends arrest for the offences under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 and 420 IPC and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the accused is maintaining a current account with the defacto complainant viz., Union Bank of India at Tirunelveli Branch and on 14.11.2014, the accused had deposited a cheque of Rs.90 lakhs and thereafter, it was found to be a bogus one.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cheque was drawn in the name of the company run by the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner is doing real estate business and received a cheque and he was not aware of the genuineness of the cheque issued to him.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
