ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.629 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Section 294(b), 427 and 379 IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that a final report was filed as against the petitioners only for the offence under Section 294(b) IPC.

3. In view of the fact that final report has been filed by the respondent Police, the prayer in the quash petition has become infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 06.02.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Lm 2/4
