ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and her family members on the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner's second son, viz., Kamal @ Marilakshmanan is alleged to have abducted Kousalya, the daughter of the de-facto complainant. Asking the whereabouts of the second son, the respondents are calling upon the petitioner quite often to the police station in the name of enquiry. Alleging that this amounts to harassment, this petition has been filed.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there is an undertaking by the respondent that the petitioner will not be harassed and that except on summons, the petitioner would not be called.
