Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writs of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notification dated 24.06.2019, calling for re-examination only for certain selected centres for direct recruitment of Computer Instructors Grade - I (Post Graduate Cadre), based on notification dated 01.03.2019, as Online Computer Based Examination, on the file of the
first respondent, quash the same as illegal and further direct the first respondent to conduct re-examination for all the candidates, who appeared the examination conducted by the first respondent on 23.06.2019.

COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking to quash the impugned notification dated 24.06.2019, calling for re-examination only for certain selected centres for direct recruitment of Computer Instructors Grade - I (Post Graduate Cadre), based on notification dated 01.03.2019, as Online Computer Based Examination, on the file of the first respondent and further direct the first respondent to conduct re-examination for all the candidates, who appeared the examination conducted by the first respondent on 23.06.2019. 2.Mr.VR.
Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent. Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the second respondent. Mr.Su.Srinivasan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the third respondent. By consent of both parties, these Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioners have challenged the impugned notification of the first respondent dated 24.06.2019 mainly on the ground that though certain malpractices, time variation and technical problem went on many exam centres, the first respondent announced only three centres as re-exam centres on 27.06.
2019 [Today] and therefore, a direction may be issued to the first respondent to conduct reexamination for all the candidates, who appeared the examination conducted by the first respondent on 23.06.2019. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners made representations dated 26.06.2019 to the first respondent, alleging certain malpractices in their examination centres and requested him to conduct re-examination for all the candidates, who appeared the examination conducted on 23.06.2019.
concerned in the light of the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.14362 of 2019, dated 26.06.2019.
5.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous. However, as directed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.14362 of 2019, dated 26.06.2019, the petitioners representations will also be considered by the Committee consisting of the Chairman, Teachers Recruitment Board and the Director of Government Examinations, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6.Recording the abovesaid statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, these Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the first respondent to place the representations of the petitioners along with the representations made by the petitioners in W.P.(MD)No.14362 and 14397 of 2019, conduct an enquiry and take a decision within a period of one week, as directed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.14362 of 2019, dated 26.06.2019. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
