Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.20664 of 2021, dated 11.02.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
