Challenging the order, dated 07.09.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.6272 of 2022 by the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Tirunelveli, which was filed by the complainant / 3rd respondent herein under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., the petitioner has filed the present revision.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that enquiry in this complaint has already been conducted and the same was closed and hence, there is no further adjudication is necessary in this case.

3. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the third respondent herein to agitate the said report of closure before the appropriate forum.
