ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.08.2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 307 and 302 of IPC., and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.239 of 2017, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has been detained under the Goondas Act, in P.D.No.31 of 2017, dated 10.10.2017, by the District Collector, Thanjavur District.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ effect.
