The petitioner seeks to quash the final report in C.C.No.349 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was acquitted pursuant to a compromise arrived at between the parties by judgment dated 28.08.2025.
