ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent for change of investigation in Crime No.155 of 2016 on the file of Respondent No.2 and entrust the same to respondent No.3 for investigation of the case by a competent Officer and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the complaint has been registered for offences under Sections 324, 506(ii), 294 (b) IPC and it has not been registered under Section 307 IPC and therefore, it must be transferred to some other agency.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that already investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Palani on 21.05.2016. 5.Recording the submission, this petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps at appropriate stage.
