2. Hear learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3.The petitioner seeks a mandamus directing the respondent to dispose the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1786/2018/B dated 4.4.2018. 4.The learned counsel for the respondent fairly states that a time frame may be fixed for disposal of the matter by the Revenue Divisional Officer.

5. Accordingly, taking into account the submissions of both sides and in the interests of justice, the Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to dispose of the proceedings in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner in person. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. This writ petition is allowed in the above said terms. No costs.
