RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.16489/2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21983/2022 dt 03.01.2023 and pass such further or other orders as this Honouable Court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JINNAH S.M.A., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16489 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21983 of 2022, dated 03.01.2023.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16489 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21983 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3729 of 2023 of 2022, dated 03.01.2023. is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti on 13.03.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the trial Court.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
