ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Quo Warranto to Show Cause under what authority the 3rd respondent to continue in the post of Anganwadi Worker at Kinnimangalam Centre, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Mr. Aaiyram K. Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stage itself.

3. Challenging the appointment of the third respondent, who is working as Anganwadi Worker, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the said post is not filled up by the first respondent.

5. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. It is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, if he has any grievance. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
