Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent NO.1 to withdraw the case in Crime No. 2 of 2015 on the file of the respondent NO.4 and entrust the same to the respondent NO.2 for complete the investigation and file charge sheet after include Sections 376, 447, 354 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act within the time stipulated by this Court and pass such further and other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent NO.1 to withdraw the case in Crime No. 2 of 2015 on the file of the respondent NO.4 and entrust the same to the respondent NO.2 to complete the investigation and file charge sheet after including Sections 376, 447, 354 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that the offence under Section 376 IPC is likely to be included after completion of investigation.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that offence under Section Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act has not been included. At the time of filing final report, if the said offence is made out, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the above said issue.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
