ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.29 of 2017 within stipulated time. 1/4
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that after investigation the above said First Information Report was closed as further action dropped. He would further submit that RCS notice is also served upon the petitioner, dated 27.02.2023, which is also available in the CD file.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not received the RCS notice so far.
5. It appears that RCS notice was served upon the petitioner and his signature is also available in the RCS notice. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4
6. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of 07.03.2023 NCC :
