O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 08.05.2017 and to take necessary action within the time stipulate by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.In the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petitioner stated that the proposed accused had received a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs) from the petitioner for getting a job to him in Anna University, Dindigual.

4.From the reading of the complaint, it can been seen that prima facie, the commission of offence punishable under Section 420 I.P.C. is made out. Hence, the second respondent is directed to register the complaint given by the petitioner on 08.05.2017 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceed further in accordance with law and file a final report within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
