O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of petitioner on the basis of the representation dated 10.02.2016 preferred by the petitioner.

2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3.It is the case of the petitioner that she was allotted a house site and since then, she is in possession and enjoyment of the same. It is her further case that since the building is in a dilapidated condition, the petitioner wants to renovate the same. While so, some unauthorised persons have given trouble to the renovation work. limb of the petitioner. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

4. Without going into the merits of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
