PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2024 filed under Section 9(3) of Tamil Nadu Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 2000 within stipulated period fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2024 filed under Section 9(3) of Tamil Nadu Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 2000 within stipulated period fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner has submitted the said representation requesting the respondents to issue death certificate for his mother and father died on 05.03.1987 and 21.05.1998 respectively.
3.The respondents are directed to consider the said representation, dated 17.12.2024, as per law and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall cooperate with the 2/4
enquiry.
4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
